All housing advertised on this site is available without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.

The statute

The Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. §3604(c), makes it unlawful to make, print, or publish, or cause to be made, printed, or published any notice, statement, or advertisement, with respect to the sale or rental of a dwelling that indicates any preference, limitation, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin, or an intention to make any such preference, limitation, or discrimination.

How that shapes this site

School district information is published as a factual zoning reference with its source and date, and is never characterised as good, bad, better or worse. This site publishes no description of who lives in any area, and no characterisation of any neighbourhood's safety or desirability. Attendance zones change; verify current zoning with the district.

Complaints may be filed with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development at hud.gov/fairhousing, or with the Texas Workforce Commission Civil Rights Division.
